He began his career at a Big Four firm in the United Kingdom, focusing on the audit of pension schemes—both defined benefit and defined contribution—and supporting clients across various industries, including listed companies in the global food and beverage sector.
Since transitioning to the financial services industry in 2016, Sean has developed a deep understanding of a broad range of investment fund structures, including private equity, mutual funds, and hedge funds. He has valuation experience through the use of a Bloomberg Terminal for pricing a variety of financial instruments, such as equities, futures, forwards, options, and swaps.
As a fund administrator Sean has supported funds of varying sizes, with assets under management ranging from under USD 1 million to over USD 100 million, and investor counts from single-investor structures to those with over 100 participants. His breadth of knowledge and commitment to service excellence continue to make him a trusted advisor to his clients.
Sean holds a Masters Degree in Mathematics from the University of East Anglia in the UK. He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and CFA Institute.
