Kimberly Wheatley Richards has over 7 years of experience in the insolvency sector. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at FFP (BVI) Limited, she oversees a diverse portfolio of liquidations.
In her role, Kimberly provides guidance to clients on documentation requirements, ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks, and effectively managing day-to-day operations within stringent timelines. Kimberly generates formal reports for stakeholders and conducts investigations into financial misconduct, unwinding historic transactions and maintaining oversight over the estate accounts.
Prior to her tenure at FFP (BVI) Limited, Kimberly worked as an Insolvency Administrator at another boutique restructuring firm, where she managed the voluntary liquidations of extensive corporate structures comprising over 60 companies.
Kimberly’s professional journey also includes a role as a Corporate Administrator at a BVI regulated Trust company. There, she offered guidance on compliance documentation and managed corporate affairs for a variety of corporate structures.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and is currently studying towards obtaining a professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant and Forensic Certified Public Accountant. She also holds a Foundation Certificate in International Insolvency Law, from INSOL International.
